Susan is cruel and does not deserve your business. From reading other reviews, my mother’s experience with Susan doesn’t seem like an isolated incident. She was extremely rude to my elderly mother and flat out told her she did not want to cut her hair. My mother was stunned and couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Susan told my mother she had specifically told the front desk she did not want to cut her hair. The gentleman at the front desk looked mortified because he could hear what Susan was saying to my mom. We believe Susan’s hostility stemmed from my mom’s previous haircut. After her initial haircut, my mother decided she wanted her hair shorter. She was clear that Susan did nothing wrong and she simply decided she wanted shorter hair than initially planned. She had every intention to pay for another haircut. At that time, Susan told her it wasn’t necessary to pay for another haircut and that she simply wanted my mother to be happy. My mother was surprised and tipped her $20. I guess my mother coming back son soon after her initial haircut was a bruise to Susan’s ego. Susan, you need to know that your Customers have family who will speak up on their behalf. We will never give you our business again and will make sure to share the way you treated my elderly mother with all. You are a disgraceful women who lacks respect and professionalism.
Went for a last minute blow it + hair styling, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on a Saturday! The owners were extremely courteous and professional. Thank you ????
Went for a haircut last week. Owner seemed to hav a bad day or i don no what. His attitude was rude . I wanted a bob hair cut . Ended up getting straight cut. They charge $15 extra just to dry your hair after hair cut. I mean I understand its an extra effort but when asked why do they charge this much .he replied super rudely. Do not waste your money here. Owner wont even apologize to you if its their fault
I came here because I wanted to have a brazilian blowout, hair cut and hair color. I’m asian and my hair is semi-thick and straight. I’m used to having brazilian blowout yearly in a different salon, and we just moved here in Irving. Susan did my hair and she was very rough. She even said, “no pain, no gain.” She also insulted how bad my hair was. I felt really bad after going to this salon. I stayed in the salon for almost 4 hours and they never offered any drinks. I paid $475 for the service and they insisted to give an extra tip. After 3 days, I washed my hair and it looked like I never had anything done on my hair. What a waste of money! I’m not going back here again!
