Messed up my highlights but offered to fix them for free and come back in. The lady was easy to talk to and cool. The shampoo chairs were actually comfortable, and I enjoyed their extended hours. However, none of that matters if your hair turns out bad.
First time experience here was just OK. I payed $50 for a haircut and blow dry, which was great since my last place was $100. Madison was my hairdresser. She was rough at the shampoo bowl, so my head is still sore the next day. I usually prefer to chat with my hairdresser throughout the appointment, and Madison didn’t initiate any conversation, not even small talk, which was weird as a first time client. I was in and out in a half an hour, so I felt like Madison didn’t want to be there and rushed through our appointment. The staff also looked unprofessional in their casual attire: t-shirts, old sneakers, etc. Not polished. I didn’t understand the overall vibe of the salon. I will not be returning.
I had a great time getting my hair done at Pure Salon. My hair had been cut and colored at home for over a year and it needed a major color correction. Bri was fun and friendly, and did an amazing job on my hair. I will definitely be visiting Pure Salon in the future! The prices were fair and she recommended products to retain my color and the health of my hair.
