Very professional operation! Staff is wonderful and Dr. Dunn is exceptional at his craft. The staff is very responsive to setting appointments and getting the patient into the office in a very timely manner. I would recommend Dr. Dunn and company for any dental needs.
REVISED REVIEW: After posting I did get a call from an EXTREMLY nice receptionist who helped to set up an appointment for next week, Ill provide an update after the appointment and we can hopefully move from 4 starts to 5. Prior to revision: I received a referral from a friend about 6 weeks ago and I have called DURING business hours at least 3-4 times and left a voicemail and no one has ever called me back. If the office is not accepting new patients I totally understand, but I think it is respectful to give a call back and just let me know to stop trying. This rating is not based on an in office visit, just the customer service.
I have been going to a ADCLC for the past seven years. They are professional and care so much about the clients needs. Dr. Dunn has straighten all my teeth in under 16 months with Invisalign. He’s all about serving the client with minimal expense and procedures. Jennifer, Brandy, Amy, Kelly, Marisol and I know I’m missing a few more names those ladies are the backbone of the business. Let me tell you a little bit about my hygienist Melody. She is a beautiful lady that truly cares about your teeth. She is gentle, asks questions, listens to you as she does a wonderful job cleaning your teeth. I love catching up with her and hearing about the latest on her sweet daughter she is studying to be a nurse. Not many can say this about their Dentist office you will always leave ADCLC knowing that you just had a great experience. I highly recommend going to their social media on Facebook you will truly see how much Dr. Dunn cares for his staff and his clients. Also all the many awards they have been presented up to now. Keep up the GREAT work ADCLC!!!
My family is new to the area. Dr. Dunn was recommended to us for our family dentist. I am a senior and have never, ever in my life liked going to the dentist. With just one visit with Dr. Dunn and his staff, my whole perception changed regarding going to the dentist. The office is very welcoming with the decor, very clean and the staff that greets their patients made me feel very comfortable even before I met the dentist! When I first met Dr. Dunn my impression was that he is very kind, relaxed and a perfectionist with his talent. After my first visit I looked forward to my follow-up. I drive 40 minutes to get to his office and it is well worth the drive. I get to visit with the staff, and catch up with Dr. Dunn not only about the health of my teeth but also just fun conversations. Dr. Dunn and his staff will always be remembered as the first time I have actually enjoyed a dentist visit!
This place, hands down, is the best dentist in the DFW area! From the moment you check in until the moment you check out, the atmosphere is so relaxing! You are immediately met with smiles and kindness! I was first a patient when I needed 2 back teeth pulled and it was thr smoothest procedure ever and all the staff is so kind and gentle through it all. I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist due to past experiences, but this place eased all those fears! My dad ended up being a patient as well for his dentures and they just walked us through step by step and eased any fears he had or questions that came up! If you are looking for a staff that genuinely cares for you as a person and help you with your dental needs, THIS is the place to go!
