Today was my first ever visit at Valley Ranch Family Dentistry, & I absolutely loved it! The rooms were very clean, & everyone was very protected & cautious. I was very positive going into my appointment because of the amazing customer service & support I received from talking on the phone with the receptionist & scheduling my appointment. The nurses were very nice & knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know in details, and they were kind even with the many questions I had. The doctor was awesome!! She was very honest and straight to the point with what procedure I needed. I highly recommend Valley Ranch Family Dentistry!!
Great experience. First dentist to not hand over a $1000+ bill then negotiate like a used car salesman. My wife and I both had really great experience here and will be back regularly. Friendly staff and no unnecessary recommendations!
This was my first time there.. I felt like the staff was awesome. I will be getting all my dental service from them moving forward????
This was the worst experience I have ever had. This office has no concern for their patients, they are only concerned about business. They failed to disclose the proper information regarding my procedure and the cost involved and took no responsibility for their actions either. I got the first half of my procedure done and then, after paying for what I assumed was the entire procedure, they said I needed to pay another large amount to finish the procedure, which was not disclosed to me at any point. They are careless and they have no understanding of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Me and my entire family had been patients of this place and they had no care or concern for our situation, we are going to find a new dentist. Any other dentist is definitely better than this one.
