I tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed the food. I picked up a few different dish types to get a feel: crab cakes, grilled chicken sandwich and artichoke dip. Everything seemed fresh and tasted great. I like to try a few dishes to get a feel for it and I really enjoy both the quality and reasonable cost of the items. Definitely would suggest and go back. Perhaps, dine in next time. I love that their menu is versatile for any pallet ????!
I like the variety, but it also hurts them that everything is good, even very good, but nothing is great. Service was good, never had an empty glass. Prices are acceptable but should not rise any further with current quality of food. 3 years later: Food has gotten better, but C19 may have killed service for everyone. Upon arrival we asked for a table because of disabled party member who has trouble with booths. "There are no open tables right now." was the answer. It turns out that did not mean they were all full, it simply meant they were choosing not to seat tables and only use booths. There were 10 empty tables right beside our booth. Disrespecting the disabled over either a policy or a bad management decision cost you at least 1 star in my book. Service (like many post C19) was lackluster at best; however our server tried to be better with 7 tables (4 turned as well). It's just hard to be great in the weeds constantly. Prices seem actually better in line now with better food quality. This is a good place, sadly it isn't a great place.
So my boyfriend and went to dinner here tonight! The moment we walked in we was seating quickly but the lady called myself and my boyfriend both ladies three times! When he corrected her she laughed and said the sun was in her eyes!! The place is very dark and not much light in there especially sunlight! My boyfriend and i was both offended and she didn’t even apologize! Further more she never came back to the table check on us or check to See if the food was good or anything!! I’m sure she was a Manager or something because she went to multiple tables To check on them!! The food was okay!! But we felt very uncomfortable at this place!!
I met a friend for lunch at 54th Street and had a great experience. We decided to sit by the bar, their servers were very friendly and accommodating. We both ordered from the lunch menu, I got the salad and was really pleased with it. Was a large portion and was served with a fabulous salad dressing. My friend's meal had me drooling, he was thoroughly pleased with it as well. The Decor of the restaurant is fun, we had the world's most interesting man hanging over us, lol. Good value for the money and food spot to enjoy a game by the bar, a lot of options on the menu.
