They help me out when nobody could. They found me the perfect van that I needed. Very good price and very nice people. Danielle Was the person that helped me out when I first walked in. She was very nice and professional.Matthew and Eric were very polite and also helped me out. Great job guys five stars!
BEWARE! Worst rental experience in life!. if I could give zero stars I would give them all of them. First off, it smelled like urine off the bat. They did not reserve the car that we reserved then tried to put us in a similar car which was a SUV. They didn't honor the price we reserved. The guy said that he would "go to back to call his manager" then came back to us and said he never spoke to his manager after going back and forth about why the price was still the same. After adamantly wanting a smaller car, they pulled one up and it smelled like a million ash trays, which we were told was the air freshener. After declining the car due to its unbearable smell and wanting the previous bigger car, because they said those were the only 2 cars they had, we were told that that car now had a mechanical error. then they said it would take a week to get our refund refund could not provide us documentation that we both rented the car or that we were requesting the refund. spent a total of 2 hrs at this PortAPotty of a fake Hertz only the rent horrible customer service and frustration. Save ya time and money and go somewhere else. It has an overall 2 stars rating for a reason
All the Stars are for Tim, he was very nice and helpful in the process for getting me a rental. I was only upset that the driver picked me up at 1:30 vs the scheduled time for 1:00.
Tell whoever cleaning your store to stop throwing trash into my dumpster illegally. And tell her family members to stop giving us 1 star reviews because she got caught red handed when we didn’t make any sales to them.
ROBBERS!!!!! They don’t tell you what you are paying for... they took my signature to buy insurance and never told me what I am signing it for!!!! They charged my card $250.00 and when I called to dispute they said that I signed for it... if I was informed about this charge I would never pay for it since I had my own insurance... Very very very very bad customer service not accommodating at all... Do not care about their customers... Not recommending hertz any branch to anyone... ???????????????????? I wish I could give them negative stars!!! ????
