I RSVP & paid for my rental a month & 1/2 in advance and my rental needed an oil change. The representative at this location didn't greet me and asked for me to take my rental to get an oil change on my time. He even had me follow him to Firestone. The wait was going to be 2 hours. I did not stay. The rental was dirty from the inside and outside. I was very disappointed with my rental. When customers rent a car I think we expect it to be ready and not have us maintain service on rental on our time. Then when I dropped off the rental the same representative again did not greet me just asked me to wait. I just told him that I was dropping off rental and he just said leave the keys there and asked if rental had full tank of gas, which it did. Customer service sucked.
There was huge safety issues with the van that i rented. I had to modify the van to make it safe for the boy scouts from my troop. The staff at the pickup and drop off locations were extremely friendly.
it is DeCarlo's amazing customer service that will make me recommend this location to friends and use again. in addition the transaction was seamlessly effortless, the vehicle was impeccably clean, the location was also clean. DeCarlo was so professional. it was a no brainer. Just an overall 5star experience
I have reserved a minivan on avis app and when I went there to pick up they asked me to go cedar hill 30 miles away to pick up the car. Reason - they messed up to drop the car on time. i have avis preferred status still they didn’t offer any other solution. What a waste of time and effort..
