Great help Everytime I call. However sometimes they don't follow through on.actually trying to cancel, and just charge you.
I like that I can rely on our travel service to know what I prefer in air travel, hotel and rental cars. They even go above and beyond to look for other options when we may get stuck in a location due to weather or other factors out of our control. Just recently I was stuck in Washington, DC after a two week trip and could not get a flight out until Saturday morning. Bob, from travel continued to check the airlines and was able to get me a seat to get home on Friday. Bob's teammate, Kristi, was also even checking the airlines and airports on my behalf. I even got a follow up text message to make sure I made my flight. It is nice to know that I am in good hands with Kristi and Bob and feel safe. Thank you for the continued support and hard work.
Campbell Travel was great. Wish we could reserve with the company card instead but other than that, perfect. Great rate, good preferred hotels, website was straightforward. Definitely use again!
