Louis gave me the best massage I have had in a long time. He consistently asked about how to adjust pressure and was very professional. My facial with Tanya was great - my skin flowed when I left and she was so kind. Veronica, the spa room attendant was kind and conscientious. Even during COVID, they made the services personable and relaxing. I highly recommend coming if you are in DFW.

We arrived 15 minutes late for a massage because we couldn't get done with out lunch on time upstairs (waiting for check and what-not). We were told our 50 minute massage would then just be 30 minutes. The right thing to do would have been to just cancel the appointment rather than charge me a full $350 for a couples massage that only lasted 30 minutes! That was fully taking advantage. Plus, it's a 5-star hotel. They need to plan to have extra therapists on hand in case people are late rather than giving terrible service and shaming you for being late. I then received the worst massage of my life (well second to worst) because the lady was rough and going so fast it actually stressed me out rather than relaxing me. I told them the service was bad at the front and they gave me a discount and said they would get back to me but didn't. I'm very disappointed. Not to mention the spa itself was NOT 5-star (or 4-star). It was in very much a need of a renovation. I was SO disappointed. And don't want anyone else wasting their time or money.

I wanted to treat my Mom to a day of relaxation at the "Four Seasons Spa". It is a small, but great facility complete with lockers, steam room, sauna and a small hot bath. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Stress-relief massages with Dale and Gwen were some of the BEST we ever had! However, I could not rate this Hotel's spa with 5-stars, due to the restrooms not being clean... while the other areas were kept exceptionally clean, the restrooms were Not cleaned once during our duration in the spa. The spa is an intimate, small area with only 3-4 restrooms that all guests use, so they should be cleaned frequently.

The amenities are not as grandiose as maybe some other luxury hotel spas, but I can honestly say this was the best massage I've ever had in my life. Zoya (sp?) was my masseuse and an absolute master of pressure, heat, and dynamic movement. She gave the perfect amount of attention to my problem areas without me even mentioning it. The bed was warm, the ambient music was relaxing, I absolutely loved every second of it. I only wish I could hire Zoya every week. Parking was validated. Cons: - Refreshments for sale only and at an exorbitant price, only tea is self serve, water bottles available upon request - Furnishings appear high end but are not comfortable enough to sink into for long periods - Very humid waiting room even outside of the sauna due to the jacuzzi

I have been to the spa a handful of times and have had a wonderful experience every time. That’s why I continued to go back. Yesterday was the worst pedicure and service I have ever received. I will not be returning. I paid for an hour pedicure, it lasted 35-40 minutes. She only massaged 1 leg for all of a minute. I could tell she was in a hurry. They expect you to pay top dollar but they really dropped the ball. I was very disappointed to say the least.
