My dad has been using Rachel for a few years. This year, the IRS wrote him a letter stating he owed money. We have tried to call, but there's no way to leave a message. He left a note on the door, someone took it down but didn't call. HORRIBLE service. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. Ridiculous that they are not there to serve their customers after they take their money. Now I have to start from scratch to see what is going on with my dad's taxes. You should refund his money!!!
If I could give this place a ZERO star, I WOULD! My parents have tried working with them for two years, and they NEVER DID THEIR TAXES! We have tried communicating with them multiple times, and they did nothing but GHOST US! Very frustrating and unprofessional! Rachel is the main person who runs the company! PLEASE DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES WITH THEM!
came here about a year ago to fix some old tax forms since i needed them for school, they told us to leave them so a lady can see them. we came back the next day and called about the forms and they didn't answer. it was a stressful time of my life and they made it worse. i also suspect they take and give out private information in those tax forms. stay away from this place, its better take you more to more reputable places.
Horrible place! Avoid this tax office at all costs!! My husband went to file last year and they never actually filed his taxes! He’s been trying to reach out to Rachel and they don’t respond or call him back! They definitely don’t know how to run a business!!! I will be taking this higher up to the business bureau!!!
I originally wrote a bad review due to lack of communication & for a long period of time but Now that I have received an update on my tax returns, I feel like I’m being taken care of again. I understand several adjustments had to be made due to Covid and the IRS is still backed up from issuing stimulus checks. I’ll stick to having Amigos as my tax preparers.
