I read I recently review about theft and that’s the craziest thing bcus this is the most transparent tax office I’ve ever been too! You literally see there screen 100% of the time! 1st yr here for us and we are sending the whole family! Definitely the nicest tax office I’ve ever been too!
0 stars if I could they do fraud and steal your money. Not recommended and very unprofessional. Never had student loans or anything but I was supposed to be getting only charged a flat tax rate then found out the irs cut me a check and you kept over half my check i have text messages and proof of your nasty work . So your preparer will be getting a form filled on them.
I love coming here now. This is my second year and feels amazing to have this team behind me. Jessica is hands down the Queen. She makes sure everything that can be done for her clients is done. She will continue to have me as a client and friend. Also Helen at the Buckner location is super helpful. She greets you as soon as you walk in and makes sure you feel like you are walking in to a place that cares. Most all places treat you as another number. Thank you ladies.
