After 1 year, this system started to leak. The installer used a stainless supply and coupled it with galvanized connectors for the expansion tank. The galvanic corrosion caused a leak and the buildup of rust had these components nearly blocked. The expansion tank was only pressurized to 1/2 of my line pressure. As a consumer I should not have to double check your work. If it was intentional to create a system that was doomed to fail or negligence on the part of the installers, this should have been caught when the salesman came to inspect the work. Do better. The labor alone was 2.5x the cost of the entire previous tank replacement.
Their hydrojetting service was flawless. It was a drain we had been trying to clear ourselves with various machines. Their hydrojetting service completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Their 2 technician was nice. They provided same-day service. I would have been more satisfied if their prices were a bit lower, but in the end, I'm satisfied and grateful.
We have used ARS in the past for our AC installation and we continue to use them due to the nature of good work quality and best in service. Our service representative Kevin and are two install technicians Saul and Paul made our situation and experience pleasant. Saul and Paul are very knowledgeable and understanding of what to do. I asked questions and they automatically had an answer and was up to par with the installation. Overall ARS knows how to build their team to provide a good service and product to us consumers. Thank you ARS now our family can stay warm and cool at the same time.
I needed my main line cleaned out because it was clogged due to some flushable wipes so I tried cleaning it myself for three hours and I saw I wasn’t getting anywhere so I looked on the internet and saw they were running a special for $79 main line clean out and gave them a call. I called them at 4:30 and they were at my house by 6:45. Elijah was out technician and he was great! So polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! Elijah was in and out within 45 minutes! I was super impressed!! What could have been a multiple day issue was resolved in a matter of a few hours. Thank you to this company and thank you Elijah ! Definitely will use this company in the future!
Grear communication and upfront about the entire process. They gave me an update prior to arriving and within the scheduled time they mentioned. The technician was thorough and explained the process in great detail and I was able to get the service II requested at a very fair price. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely use them again in the future.
