I pay for the bi-annual plumbing and HVAC service. It is definitely worth it. Tempo Air sends out the best people, including the tech they sent out today Mohammad Ekhtiary. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. He was also very knowledgeable about their additional products they offer. He provided a great service! Thank you Mohammad! Come back anytime!
I was recommended Tempo for my HVAC issue and I am glad I gave them a call. I was having issues with heating and cooling balancing in my home. Randy Newkirk, the service technician, was able to quickly diagnose my issues and make an effective fix. The cost reflected the work done, with no high service charge which made me feel like I was getting a good deal for the work. I would recommend Tempo to anyone having HVAC issues.
We have always had excellent service from Tempo air and plumbing over the last 30 years. On Dec.9th, Fernando Perez came out to do our Winter Heating check, what a fantastic experience. While he was here he fixed a vibrating vent and taught me things I did not know about our AC-Heating unit. What a nice man, with a helpful positive outlook. Again, Tempo and their employees exceed our expectations, Fernando gets 10 stars!
Plumbers Jay & Jacob provided fantastic customer service today at our home! They checked our kitchen, all bathrooms and flushed out tankless hot water heater. More importantly they were so informative and took the time to educate us on products that Tempo Air sells that would be beneficial to the health of our plumbing. We purchased the annual membership and now after this initial visit we feel confident that we will be provided with excellent service from Tempo Air. Thanks Jay & Jacob!!!
