For my peace of mind, I also have an annual maintenance plan with them. They have always been open, communicating on the status my system, not pushing add-on sales, and if making recommendations, then without pressure or deadlines. The service guys are super friendly and polite, and I appreciate that it's usually the same guy coming, and not changing from visit to visit. That makes it so much easier when I don't have to explain over and over the same instructions.
David was fantastic! He came out on a Saturday within 2 hours of our call. He couldn’t fix the problem but did everything he could to keep our issue from getting worse until the issue can be resolved. We have been with Spencer for years and they are excellent.
