We had just finished lunch and were waiting on the entrance ramp to the freeway, when - without warning - my pickup was rear-ended! I felt sorry for the older gentleman who was driving the car that hit me, as he was clearly shook up. And I left the scene thinking I was fine. About 3 hours later, the growing sharp paralyzing pain from my neck across my clavicle down my back was almost unbearable. I could barely turn my head.
