I had a good experience working with this immigration firm on my EB-5 process. The team was very helpful and explained the process clearly from start to finish. Venkat was always reachable by phone, provided timely updates, and shared all the necessary information. Rakesh, head of the firm and Jacqueline, the lead attorney, stepped in when needed and were very supportive. Claudia was great with handling documentation and details. Like most immigration firms, the process does take time, which is expected. One suggestion for improvement would be offering recommendations for strong EB-5 projects, as many clients hesitate due to project uncertainty. Overall, a professional and responsive team that I would recommend for EB-5 services.

Rakesh and the entire team (Venkat, Jacqueline and Claudia) were extremely knowledgeable about the EB5 program and extremely proficient in the filing process. I had a lot of questions before, during and after the filing but the entire team was extremely accommodating and provided timely and detailed responses. They worked patiently with me to collect the necessary paper work for the EB5, EAD, AP and Adjustment of status applications for my entire family. Initiation to application filing was completed in ~45 days and the I526E got approved in ~2.5 months w/o any issues. I would definitely recommend them to any potential clients considering EB5.
