I've been a loyal shopper ag this location for about 4 or 5 years. The majority of the workers are so sweet and helpful and go out of their way to assist you when needed. I usually try to get my shopping done in the mornings after dropping my kids off to avoid the crowd. I just left and I've had the worst experience with a cashier named Teena ! She got an attitude simple because I pointed out a clearance teams I had and one wasn't marked correctly. She then said she needed to call a manager even tho one of the big cups clearly already had the clearance price and she could've just rung up the other item according to the price on the cup. She then said she didn't want to ring me up at all which was absolutely shocking. She then said I could take my items to the next line and I then told her to call the manager. The manager Moses walked up along with the front in manager Sean who I've always had a good experience with. Sean did ring me up and when I asked why she was refusing to ring me up he said he didn't know and just shock his head like it wasn't the first time he's had to deal with an issue because of her. The manager, Moses just walked of and didn't even attempt to see what the issue was from my prospective so I had them to call him back over so I could explain exactly what happened. It's not the first time I've noticed her treat black and brown customers differently and I def should have spoken up before. I'll def be going back to shopping in the morning because the AM crew is much nicer. I will also be reaching out to corporate!
We have been going to this Kroger for more than 15 years. My mother was discriminated today by a cashier who’s name I don’t know but she wears a hijab. This lady needs training on how to treat customers. If you can’t provide great customer service, please go somewhere else. I am very angry because I’m sure this lady went on with her day and didn’t think how her actions could hurt someone. Very disrespectful and this is very disappointing.
I absolutely love that I have this Kroger so near to my house! I love the employees! I have been asking for a newer updated more offerings and I think they MAY be working on that! Most importantly, I have been asking for ONE ITEM for over a year now and still don't have it, LIME SHERBERT! I have to drive to other stores to get lime sherbert!
I am always greeted upon walking in... My experience is always a good one when there. The employees are very helpful and make the effort to help look for something if it's not in stock on shelves. In my opinion I give it 5 stars because they always have what I'm looking for when I do go. It's also very conveniently close so I never go out of my way. I recommend going to this McArthur location
Tired to go into the store to buy formula and I got no help this location is terrible. Staff do not want to help you. If you come to this store be aware the nice workers are rare! Also the produce section is terrible flys everywhere and they don’t have fresh selection the Albertsons down the street is way better all around 10/10 recommend!
