Your employees have no respect. I won’t be shopping at this location anymore and I will be calling corporate. Let me tell you I came today after my grandma passed I had to make a cake for a get together for her passing. I came there earlier that day to grab what I thought I needed. I realized I forgot a can of evaporated milk. I got there at 10:50pm. I live two minutes away and I noticed they close at 11. They told me I couldn’t come in at 10:50. I was going to be in and out because I already knew what I needed. The front door even says 11pm.i asked for a manager and still didn’t bring me a manager, crazy !!!!! They told me no and why didn’t I come earlier if I needed it so bad. I told them it’s not my fault you guys are false advertising 11pm. And my grandma just passed so they don’t need to be like that. They shut the door in my face once I said my grandma passed and I need to make a cake like I was nothing.I’m going to corporate. Shop here if you want to be treated like a dog off the street. At around 10:50 p.m., a young employee refused to open the door, saying the place was closed, even though several people were still trying to enter. When the manager arrived, her explanation didn’t make much sense—she also said it was closed and told me I could leave a review. When I asked her about it, she simply said, “I’m off, I’m leaving now.” The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and rude. The staff truly need better customer service training.
Store hours say open til 11pm but, 3 times I’ve gone up there at 10:40 and they have the doors locked with a security gaurd at the door saying they’re closed. I asked to speak to the store Manager and was told that the Manager said to close the doors and would not speak to me. I asked to speak to the manager Because this was the 3rd time this has happened. There were at least 12 people standing out in front of this door confused as to why the doors were locked and they have a Security Officer waving everyone away from the store. UNACCEPTABLE for a manager to refuse to speak to a customer. This is the worst store! I will be calling the Corporate office to share this information as well.
There is another Kroger about 12 mins away in Euless. It’s bigger better and fresher. The staff at this location are lazy rude and when they aren’t being lazy or rude they can’t be found. The store went through unnecessary revamping, to no avail. The store is dirty unkempt and is constantly running out of product. Once upon a time this Kroger was pretty good but now it’s absolutely horrible, unfriendly staff basically refuses to help with anything. The customer isn’t the priority here. I just sat at the deli counter for 10 mins with no help, finally tracked an associate ask him if he knows where the work for the deli counter was, she said “ oh I don’t work in the deli” I sat for another few mins, saw the guy again and asked if there is any way for him to get in touch with the deli counter associate, he say let me go let her know that someone is waiting …….. yeah this place is an absolute joke.
