Event space on second floor needs updating. The doors looked run down, and walls could use a fresh coat of paint for what they charge
If I could give this review 0 stars I would. We were almost done cleaning since all trash was picked up and tables were clear and chairs were stacked. Yvette came in the place and charged $200 for “cleaning fee” when we were almost done cleaning everything and on top of that she threatened to call the police since people were intoxicated. Its a party what did she expect. Very unprofessional and charges more than what it is. The refrigerator didn’t work at all and we had to open the outside doors to let air in because it was so hot in there.
Love this facility for our celebrations , good location and Yvette is amazing. I have booked twice and have been very happy with the facility and the whole rental process.
I recently hosted an event at Emma Rose Room and it was an absolute delight! The space was beautifully decorated and spacious, perfect for accommodating all of our guests comfortably. The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend Emma Rose Room for anyone looking for a charming and elegant venue for their special occasions.
Very unprofessional. I asked her the rules/regulations 3 times when I first got in contact with her and she avoided the question 2 of those 3 times. She finally said the only thing I should know is to “make sure kids don’t run around outside the facility” So make sure you’re aware of a contract she’ll end up springing up on you. They do their very best to hide it by sending it through an unknown number. (Why not send it through the number you’re already texting me from?) I kept having to get in touch with her, it took almost 2 weeks just to get to see the space in person and when I finally got to see it I waited outside for 30 minutes before her calling and saying she forgot and was out at a kids event. When I decided it wouldn’t work she told me I don’t get a refund because I missed the cancellation date by a couple of days. She then left me of read. Very unprofessional and money hungry business. Edit: My review isn’t towards the party room, it was towards customer service. You intentionally made sure I wasn’t aware of a handwritten contract (that didn’t have my signature btw) and that you avoided me as much as possible to ensure I missed the so called “cancellation date”. You only became responsive to me the day after you knew you would keep your money regardless. I have proof of that. And again don’t forget you had me waiting outside your business for 30 plus minutes for a scheduled appointment to see the room just for you to never show up. Never once did you try to explain anything to me as nice as I was to you. Instead you chose to avoid me. Now you’re sending me threats through personal messages for my review that is 100% honest.
