Terrible management. Went for a concert at 9pm and were told by staff it would start at 11 so people could drink more. They kept telling us they would start in 15 minutes until 12:45am. They then told us that they only paid the artist to sing for an hour and they aren’t going to actually start until 1. They finally started at 1:20am and it ended at 3am. So disappointing. Drove 5.5 hours for this. On top of that, terrible sound system. The artist said in the beginning of the concert that he felt it was echoing. Staff did nothing to fix it. 100% do not recommended any concert at this place.
We had our granddaughters Quinceanera there July 26th 2025. Everything was great. We let Alexis handle everything. He took care of the photographer, DJ, the food, the fruit bar, the cake, and the decorations. Alexis had server's for the food, cake, and fruit bar. They cleaned up everything and made sure everyone eat and cleaned up after dinner. We asked for the full package because we didn't want to do anything. We thought the price was a little high but considering everything they did it's well worth it. Alexis made sure everyone was taking care of and managed everything. We were able to spend our time with family and friends. I highly recommend the Palce Ballroom for any event.
The staff was very organized and helpful during my 15 at the palace ballroom. They made sure everything was to my liking and I was comfortable with who was at my party. Security was also very on point along with the staff member Alexis. Food was great along with the venue, photographer, and music, would 100% recommend this venue for any event.
Had my sisters quinceañera here. Made it really easy to plan my sisters party they include everything you need for your event from the food, cake, decorations to the party bus they also include the dj and photographer but we decided to take those out from the package which they happily took it off from the total price . Everyone that works here is very nice and helpful and work with you on anything. A special thanks to alexi the one who was in charged the day of my event he was very helpful with everything we needed and was intact with everything any little thing we needed or asked he was always happy to help.
We booked venue a year and a half before my daughter's quinceanera. Since day 1, the owner Alexis, was so attentive to our needs. If we had questions or anything was needed, Alexis was a phone call away. I definitely recommend this place for any event. The day of event, everything went smoothly thanks to owner that was there the whole night. All my guests enjoyed the party and had a great time. The price for the venue is very affordable.
