I rented a home through Millennium Realtors property management about six months ago. The experience so far has been great. I've only had two maintenance request and they were both resolved within 48 hours. Its a great neighborhood, very quiet and the neighbors are family oriented and friendly. My experience with the property management team and maintenance has been good as well. They were all professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Millennium Realtors if you are looking to buy or lease a home.
My experience with this firm was terrible. I have rented a property from them for 15 months. The landlord that oversees the Fort Worth side was always a headache after another to deal with when the property had issues. She only took care of the issues that could affect human health and ignored all other issues throughout my contract. I've tried getting ahold of the office numerous times and I only got ahold of them only once because they never answer their phone. Avoid this company they do not know how to treat their customers right
