Let me say that the reason this place is getting 3 stars. Is because of the hidden fees. The shuttle driver, jamaine, and the customer service rep. Dre and Pariees who checked the car back in. (didn't know how to spell his name) we're amazing. If I didn't deal with such good shuttle drivers and customer service. I would have gave them one star. I have no complaints about the car it's self so far...Simply have a complaint about the hidden fees.
I recently rented a vehicle from a company that advertised very low online rates. However, this was misleading, as numerous additional fees significantly increased the total cost and added considerable administrative burden. For example, I was pressured to purchase tire and windshield insurance despite having my own coverage, which they refused to accept due to past claims processing difficulties. The daily base rate was $24.14, but the final price was much higher due to extra charges. My primary concern is the extremely low mileage allowance of only 150 miles, with all additional mileage incurring extra fees. Therefore, I strongly advise prospective renters to thoroughly research all inclusive costs before committing to a rental, as advertised rates are significantly lower than the actual final cost. While the initial price may seem attractive, the added fees often result in a total cost comparable to competitors offering all-inclusive rates.
Be ready to wait... And wait... And wait... Keep that in mind if you have a flight to catch. Plus the shuttle time. This place is about 15 min shuttle from the airport. They are going to try to push the daily insurance even though you should be able to use your own insurance. They are going to push the tolls and charge you $25 if you drive by a toll without having the toll pass even tho it's only $1.50 Car was in good condition. Only 1500 miles. The place inside smells really bad
Yes the Car rental is a little further away. HOWEVER… The price is right, my car is in great condition. Rylon my service agent was Exceptionally good. A great attitude, helped me a lot as I had a few technical issues on my phone. I was extremely impressed by the service given. YES, I would hire from them again.
Very bad experience. First of all, the location is about 20 minutes away from the airport. They attract customers with low online prices but add many extra charges once you arrive, such as forcing you to buy their tire and glass insurance. Also, their daily toll fee is more expensive than that of major rental companies. When we asked for a refund, the staff said the rental fee couldn’t be refunded because it was prepaid. Fortunately, we had booked through a third-party platform that confirmed it was refundable. We contacted the online customer service and managed to get our rental fee back smoothly. This company’s behavior is deceptive and shameful, and it seems to be intentionally misleading customers. We ended up taking a taxi to our hotel instead. I strongly advise others to be cautious when choosing this company. After that, we rented from a major rental company — the whole process was smooth, with no forced extra charges.
