This is top notch service! They came and picked me up fast and put me in a nice car sooo fast. Hertz needs to give RASHAAD a raise. I work for a Fortune 500 company and we will hire him off your hands if you don’t take care of him. Rashaad knows how to build rapport and handle mad customers. He gave me the utmost respect and even listened to me talk about Christianity. I talked to him about my Willie golden rap page and he sincerely was talking and listening to me. He told me some amazing stories of Chicago and Atlanta. What a smart high IQ RASHAAD must have. He was quick on his feet with perfect etiquette and great customer service, and being the only one on staff, he handled everything quickly. Rashaad could manage any store and train new hires how to appropriately work at Hertz. I will definitely be coming back to this location if all the employees are as good as Rashaad.
