Brought in my 93 year old grandma’s 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback for an A/C issue (warm air on the driver side, slightly cooler but still warm on the passenger side). Dropped the car off at 5:30 PM, and by 8:00 AM the next morning, they had already diagnosed the issue, called me with a quote, and got my approval to start the work. They replaced the faulty part and recharged the system… all by that same morning. It’s been working perfectly ever since. He did such a great job on her car that I brought in my girlfriend’s 2016 Toyota Corolla the very next day for new rotors and brake pads all around. Dropped it off at 3 PM and got a call by 5 PM that it was ready. The brakes felt phenomenal… smooth, responsive, and quiet. I didn’t even have to break them in… and they feel just perfect. Excellent work at a great price. I’m bringing in a 2012 Honda Civic next… I knew the moment I walked in and met him that I could trust him. Our family has a new mechanic now. My family and I love this mechanic shop. They are so honest and affordable. We have been going for years, and they tell you like it is, without trying to sell you unnecessary services. As an example, today I took the car in for a road trip inspection. They inspected the vehicle right away, and then told me that no services were needed on the car. They did not charge me one penny for the road trip inspection. They will honestly tell you if work is essential for safety on your vehicle, or if it is just an optional but recommended service. What an honest place. Love this place.
