if I could give zero stars, I would... This was by far the worst extended stay/motel I have ever experienced. I was here for about a week and almost everything about my stay was unacceptable. Room issues from the start: The door barely opened—it took multiple tries every single time. Within hours of arriving, I saw cockroaches crawling on the walls, on the table, and later even in my bed and water bottle. The floor felt like it was caving in between the shower and toilet, which leaked constantly. The shower itself looked like someone had spilled red paint and smeared it around. Noise & safety: The contract claimed “quiet hours” after 8 PM, but this was never enforced. Guests were yelling after midnight, blasting loud music, and smoking weed and cigarettes throughout the night. Two women regularly stood outside my door loudly chatting for hours and yelling at kids. I could also hear my neighbor’s TV shows (starting as early as 7 AM) through the wall. Facilities don’t work: On my last morning I discovered the stove didn’t work at all, which was one of the main reasons I booked this stay. For $419 a week, that’s unacceptable. Overall cleanliness: Between the cockroaches, the leaking toilet, and the filthy shower, I felt dirty and uncomfortable the entire time. I could barely sleep and didn’t even want to use the shower. Customer service: When I mentioned issues at checkout, the front desk didn’t apologize or show any concern. Instead, I was asked, “Why didn’t you say something sooner?” which is not an appropriate or professional response. Bottom line: This place is absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and not worth the money. I would never recommend anyone stay here under any circumstances.
This place is decent, kitchenette rooms and a full size fridge. Close to the airport, we stayed here for a week or so. Dory checked us in and she is amazing, sweet hospitable and made us feel so comfortable and was always available for anything we needed. Also the housekeeper Kim is a sweetheart and we enjoyed chatting with her in the mornings she is a hard worker and does a great job. Just beware for a lady named Dion, she is horrible and mean to the guests and other employees. She should be fired.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the area was quiet. however, the toilet kept backing up every time I used it. There was a plunger near the commode. I assumed the prior guest my have had the same problems. I didn’t bother to report it, I was only there for 2 days. Sami, who was the front desk clerk, was really friendly, patient & cheerful. Ok the price I see why it is. It does offer convenience the front desk was nice when they are available. But guys pest control? The roaches are so bad. If you guys would just hire an exterminator to come by and make people let you in for inspection that have been here awhile that problem could be solve but you have to care. I can’t deal with roaches. So nasty it didn’t used to be so bad…
For the price that I received on Priceline I can't really complain about the condition of the room however the young lady at the front desk was just so upbeat and positive my family and I will be staying here for the next 6 days and I have made maintenance request due to my children being so young however as soon as the request was placed the problem was fixed I was outside of the normal riff Raff that is very common in locations such as this. so far my stay has been very pleasant.
