An Unforgettable 65th Birthday Celebration Paired with a Royal Weekend Stay! Hotel Indigo Las Colinas went above and beyond to make my husband’s surprise 65th birthday celebration and our weekend stay absolutely unforgettable. Our accommodations in the executive suite were nothing short of amazing. From check-in with Jarrell and Caleb to Paula’s cheerful service, Ashley’s warm concierge support, and Arianne’s (Operations Manager) attentiveness, we truly felt like royalty throughout the weekend. Caelyn, the GM of Beverages, even stepped in to personally serve us during a special breakfast prepared just for us by Chef John Galindo — a thoughtful touch we’ll never forget. The 65th birthday party itself took place on the indoor/outdoor pool patio and was executed beautifully. William Miller (VP of Sales) first walked me through what was possible on the property, and Cassandra, the event coordinator, not only brought my vision to life but also had a seamless Plan B when my original decoration idea didn’t work. Every single team member that weekend understood their role and delivered perfectly. My only suggestion would be clearer communication around additional fees on guest bills. Whether for a special celebration or a relaxing getaway, Hotel Indigo Las Colinas knows how to make guests feel valued and cared for. My husband is already looking forward to our next visit!
I stayed here for three nights on a business trip. It was clean, service was fine, and it was convenient. The bar made very good Old Fashioned drinks. The restaurant had good food too. The workout room needs to be bigger. There’s only one station for free weights. I got in there at 5am, so I didn’t have an issue, but I could see that happening. Only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars is because of the air conditioning. One, it had to get two degrees above the set temperature before it would come on. Two, the vent is high out of reach and right above the bed. It has an adjustment on it to change the direction of the air. Mine was pointing right at my head as I was in bed. So, I took the ironing board from the closet leaving it still folded up, and reached up and adjusted the vent. You’ll see what I mean in one of the pictures I posted. I’d probably stay here again.
Hotel Indigo will now be my go-to hotel whenever I am visiting the area for a few reasons. The 1st reason being is the location. There are so many shops and restaurants around the hotel, and the highway is easy to access. 2nd reason is the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. There's a restaurant and coffee cafe on the premises and there's even a patio you can sit out and enjoy. 3rd reason for staying at this hotel is the complementary shuttle rides (2 mile radius) that is provided. Now even though I listed 3 things, I can't leave out the great service that I received here. The greatest compliment to this hotel is definitely the staff, especially Caleb. He is an exemplary representative of the hotel; without Caleb my list would be meaningless. Caleb’s personality is genuine and extremely nice. He’s very contagious and sets the tone for the rest of your day. Caleb gave us so many great recommendations for food and entertainment for the surrounding area. He addressed all of our concerns, and made himself available for any other concerns we may of had.
My husband and I stayed for a brief 3 day trip. I very much enjoyed the experience. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Welcomed with a smile and made us feel like they were happy we were staying with them. It is beautifully decorated and very clean and smelled very good. The second night of our stay, the elevators went out with people trapped inside that had to be rescued by the fire department. We had to use the stairs to get to our room, 5th floor, quite the work out. The elevators were repaired and back in service early the next morning. Overall, we very much enjoyed our brief stay. I recommend this hotel for families and businesses travelers.
I made phone calls to the hotel prior to booking and had a great experience in just a few minutes over the phone which confirmed that I wanted to stay here. We showed up a few days later and the great service and experience picked up right where we left off. Once we got in, we made our way to the pool which has a really cool set up and scenery. We were there early so we asked for some music and the fun began. Melody soon started serving us pool side and she was amazing, we really appreciated her service. On top of that, we had managers coming out and asking if they could get us anything and just checking to make sure all was good which we appreciated. The room was great too, we had a canal view over the pool so it was cool to have that view. The bed was comfy and they even had in room robe service. The next morning we got up to enjoy breakfast in the restaurant which was very good. Oh, we also had the quesadillas for dinner and I highly recommend them with the sweet potato fries. again, the service was great. We were impressed and truly enjoyed our stay.
