We celebrated our 57th wedding anniversary in one of the hotel's cabanas. I was amazed at the service and caring hearts of the staff. From Sebastian at the front desk along with Sadie who led me and our guests downstairs to our cabana. Then of course Samara our delightful hostess. Her graciousness was unmatched. I also want to thank Monica for her attention to detail and her amazing customer care. Thank you all for making our celebration such a perfect memory to carry with us into the years ahead. ❤️
The most relaxing stay at a hotel I've ever had. The beds are SO comfortable, the shower is like a monsoon, the pool and entire outdoor area literally feels like you're in another country. Then on top of that you are within walking distance along the water to basically any type of restaurant, cafe, or bar that you can imaging. The staff were so kind and attentive. And side note the latte at the OTC was better than any coffee shop I've been to, no joke. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will absolutely be back.
We had an absolutely fabulous time at this Resort. It was our fifth anniversary and they did everything by putting champagne and strawberries in our room, giving us a suite on the corner with a beautiful view. The bartender and bar were awesome downstairs. Gabrielle was in contact with me before my visit and left a very sweet note this is a top-notch place that we will definitely be back
It was a very nice hotel. The bathroom was nice loved the huge mirror with the best lighting for doing your makeup. The room was spacious so my baby was able to crawl around. Very clean and loved the view of the river. My husband liked that he could walk around the river and the bar next to the pool. There’s restaurants around the hotel too that you can walk to.
Our Go-To Hotel, But a Disappointing Night This Time We absolutely love the Omni this is always our hotel of choice and truly feels like our home away from home whenever we travel. The staff, the atmosphere, and the overall experience are consistently great. However, during this stay, we encountered an issue that really affected our comfort. When we arrived, the room was warm and stuffy. We noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, so we called the front desk while we were out. They assured us someone would take care of it. When we returned, the thermostat had been set to 60 degrees with the fan on auto, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t cooling. We ended up having a very uncomfortable night and didn’t sleep well at all. Even by morning, the room was still warm and the AC had not improved. Everything else about our stay was lovely as always, but a good night’s sleep is essential when traveling and unfortunately, we didn’t get that this time. We’ll continue to stay here, but we do hope the air conditioning issue gets addressed so future stays can be just as restful as they are enjoyable.
