Great location. This property has a full bar/restaurant and a great view of the lake. This area of Las Colinas offers many popular spots for dining. Happy hours, and live music at the Toyota Music Factory. If your into fitness there are plenty of walkable trails along the lake front as well.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Lobby was very hot and smelled like B.O. $17 for a water, Gatorade, and two ice cream bars. Not to mention 2 of the 3 elevators did not work. No complaints about the staff. Room was damp and didn’t even have the football game.
I attended a five night event at this Marriott and was very pleased. I was a bit disorganized and the front desk staff kept helping me with a smile on their face. The ballroom was beautiful, and the room itself was spacious and well appointed. I liked having a refrigerator that was not stocked as a mini bar.
It's a great location when you're in town. The AC in the room kept you cool, but it seemed not to work sometimes. The room was very comfortable. One of the elevators was out of service, but they gave you an option to use the service elevator as well. They have a restaurant, but for dinner, they didn't seat you in there. You had to eat in the lobby or at the bar, a little weird. Breakfast, you were able to sit at a table in the restaurant area. There is self parking and parking garage. There was no valet service when I stayed here. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. It's a great location.
Hotel was quiet, breakfast staff in restaurant was very nice. Concierge level room didn’t seem to be different from standard room. Additional amenities should be included: mouthwash, robes, upgraded coffee machine. One elevator was out of service which led to a longer wait. Light in bathroom 1208 was not secured in place. Under light switch in bathroom there was a hole in the wall. My breakfast omelette was delicious. I would stay again if I needed a quiet hotel, but hoping some of the small details are addressed.
