I called a couples days ago bc my mom took my car to get sticker renewed in the morning. My bf forgot to pay last ins, even tho he assured me we had car ins the night before. I called asap in the morning and Denise Camarillo helped me out quickly and efficiently. I was on my way to work, so really needed it to be fast. Thankfully, she did that, with a friendly attitude too. (Mind u, I hate making calls in general) really enjoyed talking to her and having her help me, thank you! I went in to get a quote and the change my policy. My policy always gives the agents trouble since I have been with the company for so long, but Denise and the other agent (sorry I forgot her name) were so helpful and patient. I was their first customer and they even offered me breakfast with homemade flour tortillas! Who does that?! Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me, not their fault, but the service was excellent and they were so friendly!
