I do not recommend this agency at all. The issue is not with State Farm as a company, but with the staff at this particular agency. They treat their own insured clients poorly and seem to care more about money than the quality of service they provide. Last year, my policy with them cost me over $3,000. I switched to Farmers and now pay $1,500 for the same coverage. When I canceled, their behavior was rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering support or listening, they made me feel like a problem just for choosing a different option. If you're looking to insure with State Farm, I strongly suggest choosing a different agency. This one lacks both proper service and customer care.

She was very good in explaining my coverage options and was able to guide me through understanding what was best for my company’s vehice. My coverage is better now that I’ve moved to State Farm and I was happy to get great service from this office.
