We have been with Glen Wright Ins Agency for over 15 years. As insurances rates continue to spiral, I have called to get assistance in getting more cost effective plans. In the last three years I have called on every renewal and have to leave a message as they never answer their phones. Upon leaving messages, I never receive a callback. I have had to contact Progressive myself to get lower rates. Presumably Glen Wright is still making a commission off of my premiums but is making no effort to assist us; therefore, I am in the process of changing agents. Would most definitely not recommend this agent.
